Terms & Conditions – Sierra Electric Technologies

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Sierra Electric Technologies. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following:

1. Product Warranty

  • All Sierra Electric products come with a 6-month limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, batteries past cycle life)

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for repair or replacement if they are found defective.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

3. Installation & Support

  • For EV conversions and WLPS units, installation must be carried out by Sierra Electric-certified technicians to maintain warranty validity.
  • Our team offers post-installation support and basic user training for all major products.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For custom orders (e.g., Biaka vehicle or farm utility), a 70% deposit is required upfront. Remaining balance is due on delivery.

5. Product Use & Safety

  • Users are expected to follow safety instructions provided in the product manuals.
  • Sierra Electric is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use of products.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, brand names, and technologies created by Sierra Electric Technologies are protected and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Updates & Changes

  • Sierra Electric reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and apply to all new purchases thereafter.
